In the construction sector, you will find a solution for everything from  a small refurbishment to the development of new projects, working within the legal terms required.
Among the services we offer, with special emphasis on any kind of construction (small repairs or development of new projects), you can find among others:

• Earth movements:
  All kinds of earth movements (opening of foundations and/or canalizations, opening of holes for swimming pool and/or tanks), thanks to the four machines that we employ :
  1. Miniretro JCB, perfect for small spaces and difficult access
  2. Retro normal JCB.
  3. Revolving JCB.
  4. Chain bulldozer, ideal for lowering large areas of land and terracing land.
  (The first three machines also have hydraulic hammers).
  
  You can also have the services of a dumper, fork lift truck and three lorries of different sizes and tonnage for transport and/or loading and unloading.
  
  
  
• Transport of water:
  Supply of drinking water, without chlorine, taken directly from the mountain. Suitable for the following:
  
  1. Swimming pools.
  2. Water tanks
     (We have a water pump for supply to different levels).
  3. We offer a tank with a system of expulsion of water by drips specifically for the watering of land before compacting.
  
  
  
• Sale of building materials:
  You will find all kinds of building materials (except tiles), from a simple sack of cement to all types of pallets of bricks and any other material.
  If you require we can also carry out the transport of this material.
  
  
  
• Painting service:
  
  1. We count on a group of professionals, specialized in this area, and with the most modern equipment to carry out small jobs and large projects, both inside and outside.
  2. Varnishing cabin with capacity of varnishing and drying areas for approximately fifty doors.
  3. Restoration of furniture
  
  
  
• Maintenance and care of properties:
  
  1. Cleaning service by the hour
  2. Vigilance of your property,  visiting once a week.
  3. Laundry service (bed linen, towels, etc...)
  4. Various services (airing of your property, care of plants, turning on and off of electricity, gas, water, etc........preparation of terraces).
  5. Maintenance and closing of swimming pools, using the necessary chemicals and material. (The maintenance is carried out in two visits a week in normal conditions).
  
  
  
• Design, maintenance and care of gardens:
  
  1. Design:
     We design and plant new gardens at the customers request. We have a lot of experience in all kinds of plants (flowers, bushes, trees...) and complete knowledge of the area. We create the garden that you are looking for in tune with the area in which you wish to situate it and in perfect harmony with your property and its surroundings.
  2. Maintenance and care:
     
     1. On a short term basis and/or by the hour we attend any request made by our customers.
     2. On a long term basis, with a renewable yearly contract, in monthly payments. This service includes:
        1. Watering
        2. Cleaning of the land (of weeds).
        3. Cutting of leaves and/or dead flowers
        4. Pruning (in season).
        5. Fertilizer (twice a year, in spring and autumn).
        6. Installation and revision of automatic and manual irrigation systems.
  
  
  
• Repair and new installations of plumbing and electricity:
  Our company offers a professional service of plumbing and electricity, having the necessary machinery and materials to carry out small repairs (we supply an emergency service) or refurbishments and/or new installations.
  
  
  
• Sale and delivery of wood:
  First quality wood, olive, totally dry, direct to your house or collected from our installations. We offer this in three different ways:

  Wood ideal for wood burning stoves, fireplaces and barbeques.
